A bit oversimplified, but otherwise this is an effective means to translate good decorating advice. The book is further divided by style and room, something for everyone with an emphasis on shabby chic, country French, and retro contemporary. The illustrations are well detailed, and there is a valuable Decorator’s Pantry with a compendium of tools, painting supplies, lighting elements and much more defined and shown.
